HOTEL INFORMATION

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

$6000 – Board of Trustees Dinner on 11/19/24. Private dinner with the Board of Trustees, including Hospitality Hour, with up to (3) associates. You will have the opportunity to mingle with the entire Board of Trustees and network about your organization. Sponsorship signage will be at the table and in the Conference Program. LIMIT (1) SPONSOR

$4000 – Duo Logo Conference Swag for all In Person Attendees. This year’s swag is an insulated Water Cooler Sling Bag, with pocket(s) for phone, medical information, incidentals. This can be carried over-the-shoulder or as a cross body.

$3500 – Conference Breakfast. Breakfast is served each morning. Will have your logo tablecloth on the breakfast table, which you can take with you post conference; recognition in the program, during Welcome Sessions and during the Annual Meeting. LIMIT (2) SPONSORS

$3000 – Post Conference Hospitality Hour – At the end of Day One, attendees from Day One and arrivals from Day Two will gather in the restaurant area for catching up from last year and introductions for this year. Recognition in the program, during Welcome Sessions and during the Annual Meeting. Can Add in your custom logo tablecloth for additional $250, which you can keep at the end of the conference. LIMIT (1) SPONSOR

$2500 – Speaker Sponsorship contribution – Torrie Fields, Steven Garner, Aparna Gupta, and for the Pre-Con: Cordt Kassner and Chris Comeaux. We appreciate any Provider member or Allied Member in assisting with the costs of Speakers travelling to share their knowledge in person to the conference attendees. Recognition will be in the program and shared during the Annual Meeting at minimum. LIMIT (8) SPONSORS

$1000 – Conference Lanyards – Your logo attached to lanyard for all attendees, which they will keep at the end of conference; recognition in the program, during Welcome Sessions and Annual Meeting. LIMIT (1) SPONSOR

$300.00 – Marketing promotional material in Swag. Can place (1) organizational marketing flyer and/or one marketing item in conference swag bag. LIMIT (6) SPONSORS
