Hospice and Palliative Care

Hospice and Palliative Care provides compassionate and supportive care at the end of life to our veterans and their families. Our dedicated staff provides emotional, social and spiritual support, in addition to control of pain and other symptoms.

Home Hospice Care

Enrolled veterans, who meet hospice guidelines, are entitled to home hospice care. We can enroll a veteran with a terminal illness quickly. Medicare, VA or other insurance cover hospice services costs.

Home Hospice Care Includes:

• Home health aide
• Medical equipment
• Social worker
• Chaplain
• Volunteers
• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Bereavement
