Welcome to the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State webpage. This site is designed to provide the public and our members with information about end-of-life care.

Mission Statement

To promote the availability and accessibility of quality hospice and palliative care for all persons in New York State confronted with life-limiting illness.

The Developmental Disability Hospice & Palliative Care site was developed to bring together Developmental Disabilities, Hospice and Palliative Care providers and advocates who have an interest in improving end-of-life and supportive care for persons with developmental disabilities, as well as their families and their staff caregivers.

For information, news, resources, newsletters and previous forum discussions visit the Developmental Disabilities, Hospice and Palliative Care Forum website at: http://www.ddhospiceandpalliativecare.org/

(Please note: this forum is limited to professionals and is not intended to be a family resource.)
