Program Fees: $85 pp
Registration includes Continental Breakfast, lunch, breaks and materials.
An additional $10 late fee will be added to registrations placed after September 19, 2008
Confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of registration form and fee. Written cancellations received 1 week prior to program will be entitled to a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcome and must be requested by September 19, 2008
