Hospice Chautauqua County's mission is to provide hope, dignity and comfort to patients and families in Chautauqua County who are confronting a life threatening illness. Our medical professionals, staff and volunteers (link to The Hospice Team page) provide medical treatment to reduce pain and improve quality of life, as well as social services, pastoral and spiritual care, bereavement counseling and assistance with other sensitive matters.
