| The Community Hospice is a network of committed professionals and volunteers who bring dignity, comfort and compassion to people in the later stage of life's journey. We provide a variety of services from each of its locations. They fall into three main categories: Hospice Care (including care in the home, hospital and nursing home); Palliative Care (including physician education programs) and Bereavement Counseling (including the Wave Rider Program for bereaved children). |
