HPCANYS’ 36th Annual Interdisciplinary Seminar and Meeting
Springtime in upstate New York brings us together for The Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State (HPCANYS) 36th Annual Interdisciplinary Seminar and Meeting. Once again our program is designed to provide opportunities for networking, education and thoughtful discussion about palliative and end-of-life care.
The 2016 theme is: ‘Thoroughbred Champions of Hospice and Palliative Care’ and it will take place on Friday, April 1, 2016 at the Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga Springs, New York.
HPCANYS represents hospice and palliative care programs, allied organizations and individuals that are interested in the development and growth of comprehensive end-of-life care services. Those who support HPCANYS’ mission, “To promote the availability and accessibility of quality hospice and palliative care for all persons in New York State confronted with life-limiting illness” are invited to attend. This meeting brings together over 250 professionals from interdisciplinary teams and collaborating entities throughout New York and its neighboring states.
