Springtime in upstate New York brings us together for HPCANYS 32nd Annual Interdisciplinary Meeting and Conference. Once again, our program is designed to provide opportunities for networking, education, and thoughtful discussion about end-of-life care. Seeking the Middle Path: Balancing the Cultures of Hospice & Palliative Care Please join us May 10-11, 2012 at the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany, New York! Seeking the Middle Path: Balancing the Cultures of Hospice & Palliative Care is the theme of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State's (HPCANYS) 32nd Annual Interdisciplinary Seminar and Meeting. The two-day program will be held Thursday and Friday May 10-11, 2012 at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany, NY. Workshops will be designed to provide participants with the tools to navigate the changes in the challenging years ahead. CHANGES TO THE INVITATIONAL BROCHURE Please note the new timeslots for the following workshops: The Use of Ketamine in Severe Cases of Refractory Pain Syndromes in the Palliative Care Setting will be presented during Concurrent Session B (will now be B-8), 5/10/12 from 1:45–2:45 Current Strategies in the Management of Refractory Nausea and Vomiting will be presented during Concurrent Session D (will now be D-22), 5/11/12 from 10:30–11:30 |
