Seeking the Middle Path: Balancing the Cultures of Hospice & Palliative Care is the theme of the Hospice and Palliative Care Association of New York State's (HPCANYS) 32nd Annual Interdisciplinary Seminar and Meeting. The two-day program will be held Thursday and Friday May 10-11, 2012 at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Albany, NY. Workshops will be designed to provide participants with the tools to navigate the changes in the challenging years ahead.

The Use of Ketamine in Severe Cases of Refractory Pain Syndromes in the Palliative Care Setting will be presented during Concurrent Session B (will now be B-8), 5/10/12 from 1:45–2:45
Current Strategies in the Management of Refractory Nausea and Vomiting will be presented during Concurrent Session D (will now be D-22), 5/11/12 from 10:30–11:30
